With nearly 20 years in the pet industry, Connor brings a well-rounded background in animal care, pet retail management, and veterinary support.

Background & Approach

Before joining Instinct, Connor managed a Petco in Brooklyn, NY, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service and pet nutrition, and later worked as a veterinary technician and assistant in New Jersey.

Connor brings not only deep industry knowledge but also a genuine love for animals to every part of his work, whether that's the first phone call with a new client or supporting the dogs in our facility.

Beyond the Clinic

Originally from the East Coast, Connor now lives in Portland with his wife and their three dogs: Charlotte, Lincoln, and Hemingway.
